Sunpolis released in December, bringing a unique take on the one-touch platformer to iOS. With its latest update, the game has both gone free-to-play and been expanded with 30 new levels.

Sunpolis follows an orb of light as it bounces and dives through varied abstract landscapes; holding the screen sends it flying through the ground, gaining speed and energy to bounce ever higher over dangerous blocks.

While the controls are simple, progress becomes more involved, introducing beams of sunlight that affect your movement, special blocks that can move vertically, deadly spikes, and levels that require more precision to successfully navigate.

You can download Sunpolis on the App Store, able to play the first five levels for free and unlock the rest of the game through a £1.99 / $1.99 in-app purchase.
