[Update] The neo-noir narrative adventure, Antioch: Scarlet Bay, ISN'T coming to mobile this week
Work by yourself or with a partner
Having announced the release date in December, Antioch was then silently delayed soon after, but the date was still recorded as April 6th, hence the confusion.
Despite this slight kerfuffle, there may be a little bit of good news later this week, however, so keep an eye and ear out it. Or rather, we'll do that for you.
Until then, there's still no definite release date as of yet.
You'll have seen us talking about Antioch: Scarlet Bay before, but we know now that it'll be coming to iOS and Android next week.
Antioch is a multiplayer adventure in which you, and a partner, will play together as two detectives trying to solve a gruesome murder in the neo-noir city of Antioch.
If you played Mi-Clos games before, you'll know that they're heavily based around narrative and decision-making. Introduce another person into the usually solo adventure and you've got yourself a more interactive experience.
The good news here is that you don't have to be in the same room as someone to play the game cooperatively. Its use of online play means you can be paired up with someone regardless of where they are - though, you can also play by yourself if that's what you prefer.
Antioch: Scarlet Bay will be coming to iPhone, iPad, and Android next Thursday, April 6th, and will likely be a premium title.
