The classic browser point-n-click Hapland is finally on iPad

Nearly a decade ago, we considered which browser games would be welcome additions to handhelds. Now at least one of those have come to fruition, not for handhelds however, but on iPad. The well-known puzzle game Hapland is available on tablets, with new visuals and new secrets.

Hapland is very much of a game about experimentation. Its single screen environment is a Rube Goldberg creation in disguise, an interlocking web of interactions that allow your stickman hero complete tasks.

Your job is to tap and explore, learn what items and objects do and how they interact, gradually piece together how to solve the overall puzzle. Fail and you'll witness one of the stickman's many deaths...or you might uncover one of Hapland's myriad secrets hidden in the world.

Hapland is free to download on iPad, with a 1.99p / 1.99c in-app purchase to remove ads. There's no word whether the rest of the series will make its way to mobile.
