More rewards added in Fire Emblem: Heroes' latest event after players exceed the high score

As if Fire Emblem: Heroes wasn't active enough, we've now got another event to dig into and, boy, is it a big one.

In the Prince vs Princess Voting Gauntlet you'll pick one of eight characters to battle with and ultimately command teams of three in three vs three battles. Choosable characters consist of: Ephraim, Chrom, Leo, Alfonse, Sharena, Lucina, Eirika, and Elise.

You'll fight in three rounds, each of which is 45 hours long (yikes). If you've missed the first one so far, don't worry. The second round kicks off today with the third following in a couple of days.

While the event is active you'll get your hands on log-in bonuses and special quests which will grant you Battle Flags for the Gauntlet. If you win the battle, you'll be able to cast your vote and increase your army's score. If you've got a ton of friends on your Fire Emblem: Heroes account, you'll earn more points. Simples.

Originally there were three rounds of rewards. However, in just a couple of days the high score's already been surpassed so more had to be added.

• One billion - three orbs and one of each great badge
• Three billion - five orbs, and three of each great badge
• Five billion - ten orbs, and five of each great badge
• Eight billion (new) - 15 orbs, five of each great badge, and 2,000 Universal Crystal
• Ten billion (new) - 20 orbs, five of each great badge, and 5,000 Universal Crystal

The event will be running for the next few days so if you want to fight you'd best hop on it sharpish.
