Pulse is a pretty neat looking starship racing game, coming from the new indie studio, Odd Dimension.

Though it's still a little rough around the edges, Pulse looks to be an almost Borderlands-esque style racer, and may as well be set of Pandora itself. Just throw in a few Skags and we'll be right at home. As the developers did say that release was around three to five months off, there's still a little wiggle room to polish things up.

With more than ten ships to unlock, the main draw of the game will be to upgrade your ship with a parts-based system, I guess similar to CSR Racing 2. Basically the better your parts are, the faster you'll be able to race. Plus, you can customise your ships with skins, trails, and more.

We've also got a few modes to play around with, namely single player, multiplayer, tourneys, chrono, and asynchronous play. Each mode in which you can improve your skills, compete, and generally just have some fun.

There's no release date as of yet, but we know the title will be free-to-play on iOS and Android.
