What do you mean you've never heard of AppSpy? AppSpy is super cool and hip and always gets up to loads of shenanigans.

It's sort of like Pocket Gamer's naughty cousin. Always getting in scrapes.

But what sort of scrapes, you might be asking. Well, these sorts of scrapes. And we promise we're going to get into more scrapes in the future as well, so instead of reading about our mischief on Pocket Gamer, come and get it direct from the source, yeah?

Angry fans

We started off the week by having a look at the fan response to Nintendo's first two mobile games. Basically lots of people were shouting after Super Mario Run and Fire Emblem: Heroes came out.

So we decided we'd have a good old fashioned shout back. A reasoned shout back though, because we're grown ups and professionals and we don't want to get into too much trouble.

Speaking of Fire Emblem: Heroes though, we also put together a five part guide for your perusing pleasure.

You can check all of it out by clicking on this link right here. And I put a lot of work into it, so I'd really appreciate if you did.

The best text adventures

Then on Tuesday we had a look at the best text adventures on the App Store. Every Tuesday we round up three games that are the best in their genre, so who know, we might do something you like next time?

And if that wasn't enough we finished off the week by taking a sideways look at some classic movies that should be turned into mobile games. It's, er, not as hard-hitting as some of the other stuff we do.

If any of that has tickled your fancy you should definitely come and hang out at AppSpy more often. We're cool, we'll look after you. Promise.
