[Update] The emotive jigsaw puzzler Shards of Memories out now on iOS

Updated 6th January, 14:36 PM: Though the powerful puzzler Shards of Memories of due to hit out on iOS today, it looks like we may have to wait another week to get our hands on the title.

At the moment the game is taking a little longer to get through Apple's review process, but could still potentially come out later today. We'll keep an eye out for you just in case.

This one may be a throwback for some but Shards of Memories is finally headed to iOS - and this week at that!

If you haven't heard of the game before Shards of Memories is an emotive puzzler in which you have to arrange the shards on your screen to make a picture. Once the picture is complete a memory unlocks and our troubled protagonist is that much closer to determining which way his future will go.

with three chapters and 91 unique levels, the game has multiple endings dependent on what events unfold after solving certain puzzles. There's no time limit, only original story, a gorgeous soundtrack, and stunning photography to accompany your journey.

Shards of Memories hits the App Store £1.49/$1.99 this Friday the 6th January, though it's already out on Google Play if you'd like to give it a go.
