In this dual-stick shooter, your greatest advantage is actually stealth, crouching behind cover, flanking patrols for critical shoots from behind, and performing silent takedowns. But when you're spotted, you can take on the pirates, soldiers, turrets, and other threats with an arsenal of your own, choosing your loadout from a large array of weapons and gear.
Some levels even let you play as multiple marshals or are spread across different floors, opening the door for more varied environments and missions.
