Starting to get a bit tired of those incessant Christmas songs? Frightened of your increasingly shrinking wallet? The ridiculous workload?

Well, don't despair as Pocket Gamer is here to spread Christmas cheer that you'll actually appreciate. How? Well, with free games of course!

That's right, all throughout December we're giving away codes for the absolute best premium games mobile had to offer this year. We started on December first, and we'll be right with you until Christmas day itself.

For more info, check out the first post. Alternatively, read on to grab a chance at the 14th game in our list, Warbits.

What's this? Like, bits of war?

Kind of. Warbits is basically Advance Wars on mobile, complete with lovely colourful visuals, turn-based strategic battles, and a variety of fun single player and multi player modes.

It's all been built from the ground up with mobile in mind though, so you can expect nice and tappy control schemes and an intuitive interface.

There's a really positive message in here as well. You see, you're not taking control of an actual virtual war. Instead, wars are fought in the simulated space instead in Warbits. So disputes are settled with no loss of life or resources.

At review, we gave it a thoroughly deserved Gold Award and said: "There's a lot to do in Warbits, and you're going to have a lovely old time doing it".

Give me a bit of that then

Where are your manners? Anyway, you have to sign up to the App Army first here, then write your name as it appears on Facebook in the comments beneath this post.

Then, if you're selected, we'll distribute the codes within one working day.

We only have iOS codes for this one though. Sorry, Androiders!

The App Army is Pocket Gamer's very own community of mobile game experts. Each week, we provide them with a bunch of free codes and early access to the hottest upcoming games so they can provide their thoughts in features like this. We also host regular community-driven events with them in mind like tournaments, giveaways, and multiplayer evenings. To join, simply follow this link to the page on Facebook and request access. We'll get you in right away!
