Dungeon Rushers is an upcoming tactical roguelike by Goblinz Studios, coming to iOS and Android next year.

Following a similar structure to roguelikes such as Dungeons and Dragons, the idea of the game is to explore, fight through, and loots various dungeons to complete each level. A particularly nice element of the game is its design. Set up in tiles, Dungeon Rushers plays a bit like a board game, before throwing you into turn-based combat.

The game offers challenge and campaign modes for its mobile version but on its PC release it also gives you a creative mode in its workshop in which you can create your own dungeons to share with other players. Overall we have a whopping 17 missions, four chapters, and 69 dungeons to play through in the mobile version, not including the ones made on PC (which are cross-compatible).

There are ten characters to unlock as you play, each one with an individual set of skills to aid your progress. However as you work through the game you can only assemble a team of five characters so choose wisely. Each character can benefit from Dungeon Rusher's skill tree, where you can level-up your skills, as well as a crafting system, where you can craft weapons, armour, potions, and more - or you can buy them with earned in-game currency.

Though Goblinz Studios hasn't quite decided on whether the game will be premium or free-to-play with IAPs yet, Dungeon Rushers is set so far to release in January 2017.
