The newest match 3 game to hit iOS and android is finally here, taking the form of the independently developed Small Lime.

Set for release on 17th August, you’ll have to play smart and think fast as you play in the company of Elye and Laya, combining your wits and skills to navigate through each level and eventually beat the game.

But this is more than a typical match 3 puzzle. In this fresh take on the familiar genre, we see the inclusion of welcomed twists that give Small Lime a much needed edge.

In this modern version of the well-known genre, we see the introduction of specific game mechanics needed to complete each segment.

With combo systems that allow you to match bubbles in quick succession and give you more time on each level, and the option of non-stop playing – you won’t have to wait for the bubbles to burst to carry on game play.

You’ll also get to use combo set ups - giving you the chance to prepare higher scoring combos in advance, and a power system that lets you always use your characters’ power to develop your progression.

And if that wasn’t exciting enough, you’ll also get to watch your character advance as you play. With the ability to purchase and wear items, you’ll be able to give your avatar a leg up by choosing objects that are not only optimal for progression, but also give them a little extra personality.
