Rio-fever strikes Roll Spike Sepak Takraw as it launches its newest update

With the Olympics in full swing it's only a matter of time before any number of mobile sports games start giving them a little Rio flare. Today, Roll Spike Sepak Takraw has done just that as it launches its Rio-themed update.

Unlike volleyball, sepak takraw uses a player's feet, legs, and chest to get the ball over the net – I guess like football in that sense. Popular in South-East Asia, this fast-action game now consists of an all-new story mode, seven updated country teams, and three new stadiums to play in.

Though the update has definitely gone live on iTunes, it doesn't yet look as though the Android version has seen it. One can only assume it'll be updated within a day or two to match up to its iTunes counterpart.

Check out the game in the meantime here on Google Play, or on iTunes.
