As you've heard a bunch of times already, it's Pocket Gamer's 10th birthday. And, to celebrate, we've reached out to our favourite developers and publishers to get their thoughts on the past and future of mobile gaming.

Here is Mojang's very own Daniel Kaplan. You know, that studio responsible for your favourite game ever: Minecraft.

What was the biggest change in mobile gaming over the past 10 years?

"Definitely the iPhone. That and the App Store changed everything."

Is it better to be a developer now or in 2006?

"It's equally as hard. Mobile games weren't that big back in the day but now they're everywhere. That's intimidating."

What do you want to see from mobile in the next 10 years?

"For me, I would like to see more types of games on mobile where even the "traditional core gamers" feel like they have a place in the mobile space."
