The Swords is a gorgeous story-driven arcade game about the life and studies of a Chinese sword master, out now on iPad and iPhone.
Framed around five different swords, you'll learn the story of an elder grand master, as he grows from student to veteran warrior. Each blade introduces new mechanics and scenarios.
Through swipes and other gestures, you'll parry incoming attacks, shatter the swords of you enemies, and face skilled combatants.
These encounters are presented in a beautiful ink wash style, black and red strokes flowing across a canvas screen. Between battle and training, the story is told through art and text depicting the sword master's life and travels.
