Nitrome's hotly-anticipated dungeon-crawling roguelike Rust Bucket is now available to download, for nothing, on iOS and Android.

It's all about bouncing from grid square to grid square as you puzzle your way past deadly traps, outsmart monsters, and grab loot in an endlessly deep dungeon.

Death is quick, runs are short, but there's a lot of depth to be found. "Don't be fooled into thinking this is a casual game", says the developer.

Also don't be fooled into thinking you can pay your way to victory. This one is funded by ads, and the only IAP lets you turn off the commercials.

We've already reviewed this one, and called it "a brilliant deconstruction of the roguelike, presented with Nitrome's customary flair", before slapping a Gold Award on its pixel art lapel.
