Halfbrick ribs Flappy Bird in Christmas Jetpack Joyride update
Zappy Bird Vehicle takes flight
The latest update for Jetpack Joyride will put you in the Christmas spirit with further improvements, a brand new event and an all-new unlock system.
The new Zappy Bird event is, of course, an homage to Dong Nguyen's 2013 hit, unleashing a 'robotic vehicle that poops money' and combines it with 'zappers'. Naturally.
Existing events, Cut & Run and Back to the Future have also seen significant improvements and apparently 'feature better gameplay'.
Halfbrick has also added an unlock system to each event which gives players the chance to 'win FREE jetpacks and outfits'.
This is coupled with a huge Christmas sale that sees the return of the 'ultimate heavy duty sleigh' - And why not? It's the best time of year to spoil us.
The update is now available on the App Store and Google Play
