The Vita version of steampunk crime caper The Swindle is out now on the PlayStation Store in Europe.

This is a lightweight stealth platformer about robbing randomly generated buildings, in an effort to get enough cash and abilities to rob a crime-fighting surveillance system from Scotland Yard's secret HQ.

You only have 100 days to do it, so you'll have to make every burglary count.

It's got shades of Spelunky, and bits and bobs that have been pilfered from various stealth games - including remote-detonated mines, EMP blasts, hackable security stations, and tip-toe sneakery.

In our upcoming review, we'll be calling it "a charming caper simulator, with clever risk vs reward systems that push you into brilliant situations and stories".

This Vita version is cross-buy with the PS3 and PS4 editions of the game, and has a 15 percent discount for PlayStation Plus subscribers. Otherwise, The Swindle will swindle you out of £11.99.
