Crypt of the NecroDancer is bringing its rhythm-based roguelike madness to Vita
Dead funky
If you've ever looked at the roguelike genre and thought "this could do with more sick beats", then take a look at Crypt of the NecroDancer, which is coming to the Vita.
It looks like your typical roguelike. There are grimy dungeons filled with monsters to kill and loot to grab, while you try to find your missing father.
Except this dungeon is cursed, so you, and everything else in it, move in time to the pounding techno beats of the soundtrack.
As a bonus for Vita owners, there's an additional chiptune remix of the soundtrack by Jake "Virt" Kaufman, composer of the Shovel Knight soundtrack.
No word on pricing or even a vague release window yet, but we'll keep an eye out and let you know when we hear more.
