If you enjoyed Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions as much as we did, you might want to check out the new update that just dropped on iOS.

The update adds 40 new levels, a new drone, four new battles maps and a Hardcore mode. Oh, and it's now called Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions Evolved.

This brings the mobile version in line with the console release, so now no one can say that one version is definitely better than another.

Well, unless you're on Android, which hasn't been updated yet. But it shouldn't be far behind, and we'll let you know when the update lands.

We gave the game our Gold Award, with our reviewer calling it "a truly impressive port of a great twin-stick shooter," so it's probably even better now.

iOS players can grab the free update right now, or if you don't own the game, go grab it from the App Store.
