If you like Minecraft but wet yourself every time you hear a creeper coming your way, then you might want to check out Fairystone on iOS.

It's a very similar set-up, but with a focus on pure creativity rather than mining and crafting. All you need to worry about is how you want your world to look.

You fly around, building whatever you like with simple touchscreen controls, and even dropping in plants and sound effects to pretty things up a bit.

It's clearly aimed at a younger audience, since it's bright and filled with fairies, but there looks to be scope to make it as complex as you like.
