See the first footage of upcoming card battler Warhammer: Storm of Magic
Cardboard warrior
A few weeks back we told you about a new Warhammer game, called Warhammer: Storm of Magic.
It's a collectable card battler, but there's more to it than just rectangles of cardboard as the heroes and monsters depicted on your cards actually materialise on the battlefield.
You'll be able to play battles online or against AI controlled players, and for personal glory or for your Alliance.
The game, from Shanghai-based Supersense, is described as being "early in development with a great deal of work to do", but the studio wanted to show off the above video as an early sneak peak of what the game will look like.
The game will be free to play, and will be for both iOS and Android. Cross platform multiplayer is planned.
