Death Race is a film series with a cult following, known for its violent vehicular combat and grim universe. Death Race can even claim fame to having an old arcade game as part of its ouevre that was considered so violent that it made the US government sit up and take notice back when it was released in the 70s.

Death Race: The Game - the new entry in the series from Universal - is a cynical cash-in, poorly executed, with technical faults throughout. Here's my video preview, so you don't have to waste your time playing it when it comes to iOS and Android on June 18th.
