Super Run Away With Me is an indie movie tie-in that feels like it fell out of the 90s
Kicking it old school in this preview video
It's a sight to see is Super Run Away With Me.
The game gets so close to mimicking the Mega Drive and Super Nintendo licence-based games of yesteryear that you can't fail to be impressed.
At least initially.
Then you remember that those games weren't often that great, run up against the awkward controls and ridiculously short level timer, and suddenly you realise why that kind of game doesn't get made anymore.
Super Run Away With Me comes to iOS and Android on June 17th, take a look at the video above for how I got on with it.
