Square Enix's latest JRPG, Mobius Final Fantasy, is now available to download on both Android and iOS - but only in Japan.

The game's got fancy graphics, an elemental-based battle system, a full job system complete with alternative costumes for your hero, and a story written by FFVII and FFX veteran Kazushige Nojima.

But you're going to want to watch out for that payment model. The game's free to play, and is packed with in-app purchases ranging from 120 (60p) to 8,880 (£45) Yen, which suggests premium currency rather than buying entire chapters.

We'll have to wait for an English translation before we know what's up with that. If it's anything like Chaos Rings 3, the game should appear on app shops around the world in a few months. We'll keep you posted.
