Can you stomach these 8 gory Mortal Kombat fatalities? (NSFW)

| Mortal Kombat X

Warning: the following footage is not for the feint of heart. Watch at your own peril! Mortal Kombat X may not be the worst mobile fighter ever but, as Harry mentioned at review, there's one thing that's a bit lacking: the fatalities.

They just don't come around quick enough, and Harry only broke a handful of spines during the hours he put into the review.

And that's a real shame because what's a Mortal Kombat game without loads of those bone crunching, vomit inducing fatalities? Not a komplete one, that's for sure.

For proof, check out the stomach-churning clips below for a look at a few of the best Mortal Kombat fatalities from previous franchise entries.

Cloning yourself so you can pull a man into two pieces? That's a bit overkill, don't you think?

Smoke fatality - Mortal Kombat 3

Perhaps a tad less gory than the last one but how would you like to spontaneously combust? Not very much, I reckon.

Skarlet fatality - Mortal Kombat 9

These two are truly gruesome - Skarlet has clearly got a thing for blood...

Sindel fatality - Mortal Kombat Deception

That's some bad breath Sindel has there...

Does Raiden really win if he ends up killing himself as well? I'm not so sure.

This is one of my favourites by far - who'd have known that a hat would be so sharp?
