It's a tough arcade game by Nitrome that has you moving a large bird across a tight labyrinthine environment.
The problem isn't limited to the bird being large. The bird doesn't fly straight - that's a bigger challenge to overcome. It only flies in arcs, either heading up or down.
And you need to collect as many smaller birds to form a conga line behind you, upping your score. Then you crash into a wall and it's all over.
