Dragon of Legends, an upcoming cross-platform MMORPG, pits Nords and Celts against each other

Thrive Games is currently in production of a 2D MMORPG called Dragon of Legends. It's to be cross-platform, with players on iOS, Android, PC, PS4, and Xbox One to be merged in battle.

It all takes place on Hávamál, which is world coming to its end, as an ancient evil descends upon it.

Unfortunately, despite the Forces of Nature having sent out a signal of this doom, none of the planet's inhabitants have received it.

Why? They're at war with each other.

Dragon of Legends focuses upon the clash between the Norse and the Celts. You can play on either side once you join the game.

The Norse are known as sea raiders and their refusal to surrender. While the Celts are more akin with cattle herding and will fight to the end to protect their traditions.

Dragon of Legends

You'll have the choice of various character classes in Dragon of Legends. It's with your choice of these that you head inside its world, following a dynamically generated quest log.

Interestingly, everything your character does in the game will apparently be recorded in its history. What implications this has for its world isn't clear, but you will, at least, be able to share special moments with friends.

You can sign-up up to receive the Dragon of Legends news letter which, in turn, automatically gives you a chance to get into the beta.
