Square Enix support: World Ends with You iOS has been 'discontinued'

After much flip-flopping around, Square Enix has officially stated that The World Ends with You: Solo Remix for iOS has been discontinued, and that service on the app has been terminated.

If you forgot, the app was found to be completely broken on iOS 8. Square said it wouldn't fix it, and then said it would. The app then disappeared from the App Store over the weekend and, now, a new support page says the game is dead.

"We value your patronage and thank you for supporting the iPhone/iPad Version of The World Ends with You: Solo Remix," says Square Enix, before sticking its middle finger up at you and making a fart sound with its mouth.

So what are your options? If you still have the app, you should back it up. If your device is jailbroken, here's a way to fix the game. And if you're feeling lucky, you could request a refund from Apple.
