The Nintendo 3DS eShop has just been updated with a fresh stock of new games, including Majora's Mask and Monster Hunter.

First up, we've got The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D. We called it a "risky, inventive classic" in our 10/10 review, and said that while this 3DS remake might annoy purists, "most of the changes are for the better".

The game costs £39.99 and you get a free 'The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask: Dire Moon' theme if you buy it from the eShop.

Same goes for Capcom's beast-slaying party game Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, which we called "the definitive entry point for the series, and the most finely tuned multiplayer game on the 3DS yet".

This one costs £39.99 and comes with a free 'Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate: Gore Magala & Seregios' theme.

Try before you buy

Free to try shooter Ironfall: Invasion lets you play the first mission of the campaign, and local and online multiplayer with one arena, one character. and two weapons, for nothing.

If you want to pay, you can buy the whole campaign for £8.99, the full multiplayer mode for £8.99, or both at once for £17.98 for an amazing saving of zero quid.

You can also get a pair of tiny Kirby games, which are expanded versions of mini-games inside Kirby: Triple Deluxe. There's Dedede's Drum Dash Deluxe and Kirby Fighters Deluxe which cost £6.29 a pop.

And there's Ace Combat Assault Horizon Legacy + for £29.99, which is a revamped version of Ace Combat Assault Horizon Legacy from 2012. This one has New 3DS enhancements like c-stick and ZR/ZL input, and amiibo support. You get three free themes with that one.

Wii U I look just like Buddy Holly

And the eShop also has the free Nintendo Anime Channel, a sequel to DSiWare game Undead Storm called Undead Storm Nightmare (£3.49), and a 3D remake of Sega's Fantasy Zone (£3.49)

And while we don't cover Wii U, I wanted to let you know that innovative iPad puzzler Blek is now on the console, as well as devilishly hard but super good Sunsoft NES game Blaster Master.

It's the best game about jumping in a tank to chase down your pet frog.
