Remember that abstract strategic boardgame Kingdoms that we had a look at last year? Well, it's no longer called Kingdoms. It's called Kindo now.
Space Bears explained the reasons for this name change in a recent blog post. The problems the studio outlines being that "Kingdoms" is a common game name, and several companies have the word trademarked.
The word "Kindo" came about due to wanting a short, catchy title. And also wanting it to resemble the former title slightly, either "phonetically, thematically or visually."
Hence it's now called Kindo. Try to remember that.
In further news, according to PocketTactics, both the online multiplayer and the AI is up and running in Kindo these days.
Which, yes, also means that it's getting close to launching on iOS - in fact, there are beta sign-ups ongoing right now.
We'll have more updates for you on the status of Kindo as they arrive.
