Japanese rotary shmup Revolver 360 RE:ACTOR is now available on Nvidia Shield
A blast of blue
Japanese doujin studio Cross Eaglet has released its shmup Revolver 360 RE:ACTOR for the Nvidia Shield.
According to GeForce, you should be able to find it in the GRID Games menu on your Shield app to start streaming it for free.
What's cool about RE:ACTOR is its unique perception rotating mechanic. This means that to you can twist around in 3D space to avoid bullets.
It's hard to fully explain how it works without a visual accompaniment, so it's best to watch the video below.
You'll need to rotate the screen to find new angles to take out enemies, especially the bigger bosses.
You also need to use the right mix of bullets, lasers, and EMP bombs to take down your foe.
RE:ACTOR was originally released for PC last year. I've always recognised it by its blue visuals that illustrate the large 3D alien world you shoot through.
