Huge PC roguelike Tales of Maj'Eyal is coming to Android
Get your teeth round this
Have you ever complained that there aren't enough meaty mobile games for you to get your teeth into?
If so, watch out, as Tales of Maj'Eyal is going to make you eat those words when it arrives on Android. Yep, its creator "DarkGod" (Nicolas Casalini) released two images of the game running on Android.
It's only a teaser as there's much more work to do, especially on the interface and optimization, but Tales of Maj'Eyal works on Android now.
If you're not familiar, it's a huge roguelike that's been in development since 2009, and available on PC since 2012.
You pick one of its many unique classes and head out into a large fantasy world. From there you'll further develop your character by fighting through randomly generated dungeons.
Combat is turn-based and highly tactical. There's thousands of hours of content to explore. And, while it's not the hardest roguelike out there, you'll certainly be tested if you want to be.
I think what sums the game up best is this Steam user review:
"941.9 hrs on record
help me"
