Twitch Plays Pokémon is getting old, so here's Pokémon Red playing Twitch

You've probably heard about Twitch Plays Pokémon by now. But what about Pokémon plays Twitch?
No, really, it happened during the Awesome Games Done Quick streaming marathon on the weekend.
The TASbot team managed to get the Twitch chat running inside Pokémon Red on a Super Game Boy.
To do this, they had to perform a "triple total control." First, they took over Pokémon Red, then the Super Game Boy, and then the Super Nintendo.
The Twitch chat was then streamed through the controller cables so that it appeared inside the game. You can see it happen at about the 12:50 mark in the video above.
