Dead Trigger 2's Xmas Carnage update brings violent, festive cheer with new content
Christmas, a time for slaughter
The Bronze Award-winning Dead Trigger 2 is all about shooting, smashing, and slicing up zombies. It's not exactly festive.
But that hasn't stopped developer Madfinger Games from trying to spread the Christmas cheer with the new Xmas Carnage update.
Expect to see Xmas zombies and a Christmas tree in your hideout. You can log in every day between December 24th and 28th 2014 to find new presents under it.
It adds new weapons such as butterfly knives, a katana, and an AK-74. A rotary-blade trap also lets you slice zombies up efficiently.
There's also the new Zen arena, a Japanese garden, for you try out these weapons in and around. Make it as bloody as possible - I'm sure that won't be a problem.
The South American story line is also continued with this update. There's even a level on a plane that's plummeting towards the ground, about to crash land.
Sound good? Well, the bad news is that you might not have access to this update.
You see, we're told that the Xmas Carnage update is only available on Android, at least for now. If that's you, you should be able to download it for free.
Sorry iOS players, no festive zombies for you at the moment.
