Tilt to Live creator One Man Left is bringing its Bronze Award-winning multiplayer strategy game Outwitters to Android in January.

It's an odd little game that lets you battle it out against friends and strangers around the world on a tile-based map.

Each match requires between two to four players to start. Once you do, you invest your Wits (resources) in summoning reinforcements, moving units around, and attacking enemy bases.

None of that is particularly "odd," as I said of the game earlier, as that belongs to the creatures you control.

There are three types, including the Scallywags (sea creatures), the Feedback (robots), the Veggienauts (sentient vegetables), and Adorables (cute monsters).

They each bring their own theme to the maps, adding plenty of character. It's more visually enticing than the usual green fields of most strategy games, at least.

On Android, Outwitters will remain as a free to play game, supported by ads, and with additional content available through IAPs.

In our review of the iOS version, we said that it's a "great little strategy title" that is "entertaining and deep enough to have you coming back for more."
