The King of Fighters-A 2012 re-released on Android for free to celebrate the series' 20th anniversary

SNK Playmore has released a free version of The King of Fighters-A 2012 on Google Play to celebrate the series' 20th anniversary.

The first The King of Fighters game was released way back in 1994 so, yep, the series is certainly 20 years old now. I say that just in case you were doubting how long it's been.

This new free version of the 2012 version of the game for Android seems to be the same as the paid version. Which, by the way, is still available for £1.99 / $2.99 on Google Play [buy].

It's been out on Android for just over a year now. While the Silver Award-winning iOS version has been out since 2012 - makes sense.

Anyway, if you want to get The King of Fighters-A 2012 for free then head over to Google Play to get it.
