Luc Bernard has changed the name of his free-to-play hand-drawn action-RPG Reaper, which is now called Death Tales. Oh, and it's also a PS Vita and PlayStation TV exclusive now.

It's still the same story of one of Death's reapers turning on its master after being sent to kill their daughter, so don't worry about that.

We first heard of Reaper way back in 2010, when it was expected to be released on iOS, Android, and PSP by the summer of 2011.

It didn't pop up again until this past summer when it was announced for Vita.

So this is the first time we've heard of it being exclusive to Vita. Well, and PS TV, if that counts too.

Bernard also revealed that Death Tales will have both online and local two-player co-op.

The local multiplayer will only be for PS TV as expected (it needs a big screen and two controllers).

Death Tales will have a Story mode, playable in single player and co-op, and a Tales mode.

This Tales variation has randomly generated quests that you get from various characters around a hub town. It's presumably there to give the game endless replayability.

That's all the changes for now. We've been waiting on this game for four years but it still doesn't have a release date. Hopefully it's soon.
