You're no longer going to be tapping a button marked 'Free' to download free apps on the App Store, instead you're going to be tapping a button marked 'Get'.

It makes the whole thing feel a bit like trading stickers in the playground when you were younger.

The move follows Google removing all talk of free to play games being free from the Play Store a few months ago, which was a ramification of EC recommendations in the wake of a bunch of kids spending a load money of IAPs. (Or more recently, former punk rock singers / butter spokespeople).

The new button has been implemented worldwide, and in all honesty most people probably won't even notice the change.

Harry used to be really good at Snake on the Nokia 5110. Apparently though, digital snake wrangling isn't a proper job, so now he writes words about games instead.
