Subterfuge is an intriguing multiplayer strategy game that sees you and a bunch of friends trying to out-think and out-plot one another.

It's got some pedigree too. The three man dev team can boast World of Goo, Casey's Contraptions (the game that became Amazing Alex), and Zombie Gunship on its collective CV, which isn't too shabby.

The trailer above gives you an idea about the real-life interactions that the game can create. It lasts around a week, giving you plenty of time to play some mind-games with your fellow digital generals.

If you'd like to get a better idea of how the actual mechanics come into play, head on over to the game's official website, where you'll find a couple of tutorials and a complete rulebook to read through.
