Epic Eric is out. You might remember Epic Eric came out once before, but this time we're definitely sure that it's all the way properly out. Yup, I just checked the App Store and it's still there.

The game sees you controlling either a prince or a princess and swinging through bite-sized levels to save your beloved from a tower.

You control everything with a single finger, tapping to leap from cog to cog. These cogs spin around, and you need to tap to release at just the right time to get to the next one.

There are obstacles to avoid as well, and soon you'll need to bounce on blocks and use your momentum on handles to make it to the end of the level.

Inevitably there are gold stars to collect as well. You can finish a level without nabbing any of these, but a lot of the challenge here comes from figuring out how to get them all.

The game is available on the App Store right now and it'll set you back 69p / 99c to pick it up. Sounds like a pretty fair deal to us.
