Static Sky is an upcoming iPad cyberpunk shooter from Framebunker that looks really, really good. It's built with Unity and it's shiny and slick in all the right places.

The game is still in pretty heavy development, and we don't know that much about it right now, other than the snatches of pre-alpha gameplay footage that you can see in the videos at the top and bottom of this post.

The shooting animations look pretty impressive, and it's clear that Framebunker has hit the cyberpunk nail on the head with the style of the game.

Quite how that electronic swagger will translate into a video game remains to be seen though. Right now you can paint us as pretty darn excited to see what Static Sky brings to the iPad shooter table.

We'll let you know more about the game as and when we hear it, but if you're interested in game development it's definitely worth keeping an eye on Framebunker's dev blog.
