Battle Worlds: Kronos is a huge strategic multiplayer scrapper that's heading to iPad and Android

King Art has released a video that shows off massive strategy battler Battle Worlds: Kronos.

If you've seen the PC version of the Kickstarter funded game, then you're definitely going to notice some difference. The screenshot at the top of the page is from the PC version.

Hardware limitations mean that the Android and iPad versions of the game offer a visually diluted experience. The heart of the gameplay remains the same, mind, it's just presented in a far-less impressive manner.

There's a sort of cross play system that means you can play part of a game on your iPad, then pick it up again on the browser, Ouya, or PC version.

It's clever, and exactly the sort of thing you want with a massive turn-based multiplayer game.

As well as showcasing the portable builds, the video is a call for testers.

King Art needs players to have a bash at the tablet versions to check how they play, find any weaknesses, and make sure everything is ship shape.

The builds are pretty far down the line, but there's no concrete release date for the iPad and Android versions as of yet. We will, of course, keep you up to date as and when we hear anything else.

If you're interested in signing up as a tester, you can find more information about it by clicking on this link that I have inserted into the text. You're welcome.
