Space Colors has just hit the App Store in New Zealand, which means the brightly coloured one-touch shooter will be hitting the UK at midnight tonight.

The game is a neon blast of quick-burst arcade action that sees you shooting a series of increasingly large enemies out of the sky.

It's got a slick and endearing art style that fizzes with energy, and there are plenty of levels to work your way through. Simple controls mean it's remarkably easy to pick the game up as well.

Space Colors should be weaving its way to the UK later tonight, and when it does it'll set you back 69p / 99c. Which isn't that much money when you think about it.
