Classic Amiga platformer Another World will jump and roll onto Vita on June 25th

Eric Chahi's classic platformer Another World will be released on Vita (and PS3 and PS4) on June 25th.

Yep, that familiar yet somehow still unique and strange alien world will be playable on yet another platform. And in full HD, no less.

Another World was originally released on the Amiga back in 1991. Since then, it's appeared on numerous consoles and handhelds. Most recently, it surfaced on iOS and Android in celebration of its 20th birthday.

Unfortunately, it didn't impress us on touchscreen all that much. Hopefully, then, it will be a bit easier to play on the Vita thanks to its buttons and analogue stick setup.

We'll get to find out how Another World fares on Vita next week.
