Twisty Planets is a clever mix of platformer and puzzler from Crescent Moon Games. It's just landed on the New Zealand App Store, and that means it should be hitting the UK at midnight tonight.

You control a TV-headed cartoon character called Qub and traverse 3D worlds nabbing stars. As well as poking Qub from square to square, you need to shift the world around under his feet to nab all the stars and get the best scores.

It's a clever mash-up of ideas that gel together surprisingly well. Progression is usually reasonably easy, but grabbing all of the stars, and finishing in under a minute, will test your reflexes and your grey matter.

Twisty Planets should be hitting the UK later today. When it does it'll cost you £1.49 / $1.99 to give it a go.
