[Update] Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call for 3DS will premiere on September 16th in the US
Updated on June 3rd at 16:35: According to Siliconera, Square Enix Europe has announced that Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call will be released in Europe on September 19th.

I should moan more often (see below) - it seems to make things happen.

Europeans will also be able to pick up a Collector's Edition, which will be identical to the US one detailed below. It will cost £44.99 / €54.99, and will be downloadable from the Square Enix Online Store.

Original story follows...

Square Enix has finally confirmed that Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call will be available in North America on September 16th.

There's STILL no word of a European release of the game, though. But keep hope burning - the original Silver Award-winning Theathrythm Final Fantasy did eventually surface in Europe, after all.

Along with the release date for Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call, Squeenix revealed a Collector's Edition of the game that'll cost $69.99, and is limited to 5,000 copies. You'll be able to order that through the Square Enix Online Store.

It contains a 3DS Collector's Pouch, a "Best Of" 20-track CD of music from the game, another CD with five music remix selections, and five CollectaCards from the game.

Plus, if you pre-order a standard $39.99 copy of the game through Amazon, you'll be upgraded to the Limited Version (which comes with the CD of five remix songs).

Square Enix released Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call on 3DS in Japan earlier this year.

We found out last month that DLC songs and characters were on the way. Presumably, they'll be heading to North America some months after the game debuts there in September.
