Carcassonne Phantom update contains a new ghostly IAP meeple

The Coding Monkeys is clearly trying to increase the distance between the Gold Award-winning Carcassonne and its competition in the world of iOS boardgames.

The developer is doing this via a new update that contains a new meeple (game piece) that you can play during a turn. This new "ghostly-transparent" meeple is called a phantom.

The phantom adds enough extra complexity through its mechanics that it requires its own strategy guide to get you fully up to speed.

If you want to add the phantom to future games of Carcassonne, you can purchase it as a 69p / 99c IAP if you already own the game.
