Nintendo DS strategy game Panzer Tactics is getting an HD remake on iPad tonight in the form of the appropriately named Panzer Tactics HD.
It's a huge World War II turn-based strategy game in which you fight on all sides of the war. In one mission, you'll be helping the Soviet Red Army eke out a victory. In another, you're liberating Europe from the Nazis.
But you won't get the full game for your £2.99 / $4.99. In this basic pack, you'll just get 11 missions where you take command of the German army.
You can buy the Soviet army and Western Allies campaigns separately as in-app purchases.
Whichever team you choose, you'll deal with over 150 units; environmental factors like terrain, weather and seasons; and combat on sea, on land, or in the air. We'll have a full review of the game up on the site soon.
