Elixir Collector - Clash of Clans building breakdown
Elixir Collectors extract Elixir and store it until you transfer it into the Elixir Storage unit.
Like all Collector units, once they reach capacity they will stop their extraction duties until you've emptied them.
It's not particularly good practise to keep too much resource in Collectors anyway as it'll prove too tempting to CoC raiders looking for villages to target.
