G'day, Australians!

Square Enix has just soft-launched Hitman GO in your local App Store with a price tag of £2.49 / $4.49.

Say what?!

Yep, you have to pay upfront to be part of this beta test. You'll get the final game at no extra cost, though.

Moves like Jagger

Still, Hitman GO does seem to have all the right moves. As you'd expect, it stars Agent 47. Unlike the other Hitman titles, though, it's a turn-based strategy game.

Staying out of sight is always essential, then. Because of the tools at your disposal here, though, there are multiple ways to complete each level.

You can go silent. You can go forcefully. You can try using distractions and breaking necks. Or you can just sit back with a sniper rifle. Up to you.

Hitman Go

Sounds promising. And with the diorama-style set pieces, it's a looker, too.

Remember, this is an Australian soft launch for now. The rest of the world will be able to download Hitman GO soon enough. We'll let you know when that is just as soon as we know.
